Return Policy

In spite of the Quality Checks we do, it is possible that you receive a product that is not in the best condition. This might happen due to damages in transit or manual errors.

To make sure that you receive the best product, we offer completely free replacements due to damage and misprint errors. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

In all these cases, it must be communicated to us on our email id support@shopsflp.com within 7 days upon the delivery of the product.

You just have to email us on support@shopsflp.com with a few pictures or a video of the defected product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by you, showing the shipping label and the recipient details on it clearly for verification and we will have your replacement product shipped out within 48 hours of it being authorized.

NOTE – T-shirts with size issues will not be replaced. Please check our Size Chart before placing an order.

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back as Shop SFLP voucher to you which can be utilized for future orders from Shop SFLP. If we have already shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
